Katherine, or Kat as her friends call her, is a Nashville native who has returned home after living several years in Los Angeles, Knoxville, and Washington D.C. Before coming home to Nashville, Kat enjoyed a very successful real estate career in the fiercely competitive Washington, D.C. market, where she was named by the Washingtonian as one of D.C.’s Top 100 Best Agents.

Prior to selling real estate, Kat worked in plaintiff-side class action litigation for a non-profit. Eventually she decided to combine her long standing passion for real estate with her love of client centered work and took a chance on joining a small D.C. real estate brokerage. She has never looked back.

Kat loves helping her buyers see the hidden potential in a property and helping her sellers maximize their profit through strategic improvements and pricing. She cares deeply about her clients and understands how daunting the buying and selling process can be. She provides steady guidance with a goal to facilitate a smooth, stress free transaction. Her aim is to help clients feel confident and at ease when making decisions in the complex process of buying and selling homes.

Kat currently resides in a sweet little bungalow in the Belmont-Hillsboro neighborhood. She loves strolling the charming sidewalks with her big white dog, Dolly Rose. When she is not hustling to serve her clients or running her AirBnb, Kat enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and running.
